Robert Fine has worked in the business development world for over 30 years assisting entrepreneurs and economic development agencies meet their goals.
He created a labour market development program in the Kelowna Region which resulted in more than 1,000 workers permanently locating to Canada. Robert has worked closely with post-secondary institutions to attract international students and worked to provide graduating students with options to stay in Canada.
He is Past- President of the BC Economic Development Association, the Economic Developers Association of Canada and has sat on the Board of the Washington, DC based International Economic Development Council He is a former member of the British Columbia Small Business Roundtable and currently sits as a government appointee on the Economic Trust of the Southern Interior (ETSI -BC) Board.
In his spare time, Robert is also a professional musician singing the Great American Songbook in locations from Seattle to Las Vegas, and from Germany to Jamaica to name a few.

James Weir has worked extensively in the world of finance both as Certified Professional accountant and a financial consultant amassing over 25 years of combined experience. James has helped a numerous expatriate family successfully make the transition to Canada. James has specialized in advising on several advanced finance strategies for corporations and Individuals including tax efficient corporate structure, tax efficient asset allocations, wealth accumulation and transition.
James’s passion is deeply rooted in providing relevant, timely and professional advice and client service. Having worked with local business, government and education providers James developed a clear understanding of the many challenges and opportunities that immigrating to Canada presents.
